About Sally Foster

Sally Foster brings a wealth of experience to her work with weddings. For five years she served as a contract coordinator for Weddings at Asbury. During 2009, she branched out to build her own business and launched Urbaniste. Sally has worked with over 30 couples to help manage their event details and insure their wedding day runs smoothly. Sally's background also includes work in university career services where she has successfully planned numerous events including career fairs, recognition events, and networking receptions.
Growing up in the church as a pastor's child, Sally appreciates the sacredness of each wedding ceremony. She is focused on helping each wedding be meaningful and unique to the couple. Sally also has a background in community theatre which gives her an eye for the blocking and staging of an event. This combination of sacred sensitivity and technical expertise provides for her genuine and professional demeanor while working with couples.
Sally has lived in Lexington for thirteen years. She is happily married and has two children. Working with weddings is a true passion of hers. She enjoys getting to know each couple and their families. It means a lot to her to be a part of one of the most important days in their lives.
