Sally Foster is Central Kentucky's Urbaniste (French for "town planner", and in this case, your wedding planner extraordinaire). Her goal is to work with clients to assist in the multiple levels of planning while insuring that all the details are handed over so the bridal party, family, and friends can enjoy their wedding festivities worry free.
