"Sally was an absolute life saver when it came down to the last minute details of wedding planning. We were engaged for 18 months and really did not procrastinate on any of the details of our wedding - we felt like we had everything completely ironed out and were actually unsure of whether we would even need someone to help with the final planning and day of coordination! Fortunately, we met Sally and decided that we wanted to work with her if only for the peace of mind she would bring on the wedding day. We were absolutely thrilled by how much more she offered than simply coordinating the wedding day. After a couple meetings in the months before the wedding, Sally truly knew every detail that we had planned and I completely trusted that she understood the vision I had in mind. In the couple weeks before the wedding, Sally contacted all of our vendors to go over final details and to iron out any kinks. She traveled to our wedding site (Elizabethtown) and our reception site (Louisville) so that she would know the venues beforehand and meet with the staffs. She also was able to sit in on a planning meeting with our photographers and we were so appreciative of her helping us to think of any small details we may have overlooked.

For the wedding weekend, she arrived early on Friday to pick up programs, baskets, favors, menus, candles, guestbook etc. so that we would not be worried with managing those on the wedding day. She ran our rehearsal with poise and efficiency while allowing everyone to completely enjoy themselves. Though we had planned out the wedding day to such precision, we could not anticipate a vehicle wreck on I65 that would close down the interstate for over 6 hours. Musicians, transportation, guests, etc. were traveling down that highway and Sally made them all aware of this issue early in the morning. Simultaneously, I was completely unaware that any of this was happening - My family, bridesmaids and I were able to have a relaxing morning preparing for the wedding without stressing about unforeseen circumstances. Sally was able to intercept all the problems before they reached us and handle them appropriately.

My mother has told countless people that the best money we spent on the entire wedding was Sally. It was such a completely perfect day totally devoid of any stress or tension. "Sally is INVALUABLE! She was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely say that she would be at the top of my list of advice recommendations "I" would have for any bride-to-be. Sally is very personable, professional and most of all organized. I hired Sally for her wedding "day of" services. She took care of all the last minute things that needed to be done the day of the wedding leaving me "stress-free". She developed a detailed timeline and had the entire wedding party very comfortable with the agenda and when/where they needed to be at any given time. She also helped me through a wedding dress situation that could have been an absolute nightmare. Somehow, minutes before the wedding, one of the bridesmaids noticed a pretty significant stain on the back side of my gown. When it was obvious that the stain could not be removed with a stain stick--Sally, in a calm, collected voice, asked me if she could cut a piece of the underside of gown to do some "patchwork" over the stain. I told her to do what she needed to do. Her handywork was virtually undectable!!! It was actually undectable to anyone that didn't know what had happened.
