PACKAGE B -- Partial Planning and Design Consultation
This package provides assistance during the planning and design stages of your wedding. Choose this package if you desire professional guidance as your select vendors and choose stylistic components. Day-of coordination is also provided. This package includes the following services:
- Initial meeting to discuss wedding vision, goals, and planning calendar
- Research and suggestions on wedding design elements (color themes, invitations, decor, favors, etc.)
- Up to four planning meetings to include any of the following topics (vendor selections, vendor visits, design elements)
- On-going phone/email consultation on planning decisions and wedding etiquette
- Meeting to summarize wedding details and review vendor contracts. (1-2 months prior)
- Logistics meeting to set ceremony and reception timelines and responsibilities (1 month prior)
- Creation of ceremony and reception timelines that will be shared with vendors
- Final confirmations and communication with vendors (1 week prior)
- Direction of wedding rehearsal in coordination with officiant
- Day-of coverage includes:
- Assistance with set up and decoration of ceremony and reception locations
- Main contact and point person for vendors
- Point person for resolving questions/issue that arise
- Access to emergency kit
- Direction of bridal party at ceremony and reception
- Monitoring of ceremony and reception timelines and coordination with participants
- Coordination of bride and groom send off
